• For three-member tribunals, multiply per-arbitrator fees by three (×3).Para tribunais de três árbitros, multiplique os honorários por árbitro por três (×3).
• Hourly billing reference: USD 250–400/hr, applicable for cases above USD 10M or upon joint party request.Referência de honorários por hora: USD 250–400/h, aplicável a casos acima de USD 10 mi ou por solicitação conjunta das partes.

• All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD). Claims in Brazilian Reais (BRL) are converted using the PTAX exchange rate published by Banco Central do Brasil on the date of filing. Todos os valores são expressos em dólares norte-americanos (USD). Pedidos em reais (BRL) são convertidos pelo câmbio PTAX divulgado pelo Banco Central do Brasil na data do protocolo.
• The amount in dispute includes the principal claim and any counterclaim, whichever is higher. O valor em disputa inclui o pedido principal e o pedido reconvencional, prevalecendo o maior deles.
• Refund policy: 75% if the case is withdrawn before constitution of the tribunal; 50% after constitution and before first substantive order; 0% thereafter. Política de reembolso: 75% se o caso for retirado antes da constituição do tribunal; 50% após a constituição e antes da primeira ordem substantiva; 0% após.
• FBAC may request additional deposits at any stage if costs are expected to exceed initial estimates. A FBAC pode solicitar depósitos adicionais a qualquer momento se as custas esperadas excederem as estimativas iniciais.
• FBAC reserves the right to revise this schedule. Cases are governed by the schedule in effect at the time of filing. A FBAC reserva-se o direito de revisar esta tabela. Os casos são regidos pela tabela vigente na data do protocolo.
